Answers to the most Frequently Asked Questions about Small Group Pilates at TrainMovePlay
Looking for better posture, a stronger pelvic floor, and reduced low back pain? Individualized attention and a super small class size sets this mat class apart.

WHAT DOES PILATES AT TMP LOOK LIKE?
Pilates at TMP looks like…
A mat class, for up to 6 people, that uses small props, like resistance bands, floor sliders, and the magic ring to balance stretch and strength.
Expect a focused and customized experience, with variations and modifications to fit your specific needs and challenge you. Expect to stay on the floor for the majority of the class, in seated and lying down exercises.
Expect a full-body workout. Expect exercises that work intentionally with the deep core muscles of your abdominals, pelvic floor, glutes, and back.
Expect to leave class feeling better posture, fuller breath, and an awareness of control from deep within your body.
WHAT MAKES PILATES AT TMP DIFFERENT?
Personal Attention
TMP Small Group Classes are limited to 6 people, which means our instructors know and see you. This allows you the comfort to ask questions and get personal feedback, modifications, and variations that keep you safe and appropriately challenged.

Consistency is key to success. But life happens!
If you need to miss your group, just contact us to reschedule and we will find another time within the current month to make it up. You can come to a Yoga or Fitness class for a make-up session.
Knowing early allows us to offer that spot to someone else who may be on the waitlist, so please contact us at least 6 hours before your scheduled time, or as soon as you know you will miss your class.
Cancelations within 6 hours of class start time are considered a late cancel and cannot be made up. (Emergencies excluded.)
